Ireland and Switzerland Sales Notice

Aura products made available in the Republic of Ireland are sold locally by CMS Distribution Limited, and Aura products made available in Switzerland are sold locally by TD SYNNEX International Sàrl. In each case, the applicable distributor acts as the local seller/importer of record for purchases in that market.

For purchases made in the Republic of Ireland, CMS Distribution Limited is the contracting seller and is responsible for the applicable terms of sale, order processing, fulfillment, returns, customer service, warranty administration, and other after-sales obligations relating to those local sales.

For purchases made in Switzerland, TD SYNNEX International Sàrl is the contracting seller and is responsible for the applicable terms of sale, order processing, fulfillment, returns, customer service, warranty administration, and other after-sales obligations relating to those local sales.

Accordingly, any terms of sale, return rights, warranty administration procedures, and after-sales support obligations applicable to local purchases in Ireland or Switzerland are those of the relevant local distributor, and not Aura, except to the extent Aura separately provides manufacturer-level product information, limited manufacturer warranties, safety information, recall notices, or other manufacturer communications required by applicable law or voluntarily made available by Aura.

Aura’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service continue to apply to Aura’s own website, app, and related digital services to the extent a user interacts directly with Aura through those services. However, Aura is not the direct contracting seller for local consumer product sales in Ireland or Switzerland.

For questions regarding local purchases, shipping, returns, refunds, repairs, warranty handling, or other after-sales support, customers in the Republic of Ireland should contact CMS Distribution Limited, and customers in Switzerland should contact TD SYNNEX International Sàrl.

Nothing on this page is intended to limit any non-waivable rights or obligations that may apply under applicable law. To the extent Aura separately provides manufacturer-level warranties, safety notices, recall information, or other manufacturer communications, those materials apply according to their terms.

Für Käufe in der Schweiz ist TD SYNNEX International Sàrl der vertragliche Verkäufer und verantwortlich für die geltenden Verkaufsbedingungen, Bestellabwicklung, Erfüllung, Rücksendungen, Kundenservice, Garantieabwicklung sowie sonstige After-Sales-Verpflichtungen im Zusammenhang mit diesen lokalen Verkäufen.

Dementsprechend gelten alle Verkaufsbedingungen, Rückgaberechte, Garantieabwicklungsverfahren sowie After-Sales-Supportverpflichtungen für lokale Käufe in Irland oder der Schweiz durch den jeweiligen lokalen Vertriebspartner und nicht durch Aura, es sei denn, Aura stellt separat herstellerseitige Produktinformationen, eingeschränkte Herstellergarantien, Sicherheitsinformationen, Rückrufhinweise oder andere herstellerseitige Mitteilungen bereit, die nach geltendem Recht erforderlich sind oder freiwillig von Aura zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Die Datenschutzrichtlinie und die Nutzungsbedingungen von Aura gelten weiterhin für die eigene Website, App und die damit verbundenen digitalen Dienste von Aura, soweit ein Nutzer direkt über diese Dienste mit Aura interagiert. Aura ist jedoch nicht der direkte vertragliche Verkäufer für lokale Verbraucherproduktverkäufe in Irland oder der Schweiz.

Bei Fragen zu lokalen Käufen, Versand, Rücksendungen, Rückerstattungen, Reparaturen, Garantieabwicklung oder sonstigem After-Sales-Support sollten sich Kunden in der Republik Irland an CMS Distribution Limited wenden und Kunden in der Schweiz an TD SYNNEX International Sàrl.

Nichts auf dieser Seite soll nicht abdingbare Rechte oder Verpflichtungen einschränken, die nach geltendem Recht Anwendung finden können.
